Whether you're removing a load-bearing wall, adding a loft conversion, or building an extension, you'll need structural calculations to demonstrate your design is safe and meets Building Regulations.

We provide calculation packs and drawings that are prepared in accordance with Building Regulations Part A (Structure). Our documentation is designed to give Building Control the information they need to approve your project without delays.

What We Calculate

• Foundations – Strip footings, pad foundations, and raft designs
• Timber joists and rafters – Floor and roof structures sized and specified
